Instead of stepping up and addressing these shortages by fully utilizing the DPA, you placed blame everywhere but on yourself. You seem to be particularly fond of pointing fingers at the governors who have filled the void in leadership you have abdicated.

The American people deserve a leader who uses EVERY power, EVERY resource possible to protect the health and safety of them and their families. Instead, we have someone who doesn't think that's his job.
You’ve blamed impeachment. You’ve blamed the WHO. You’ve even blamed President Obama, who has been out of office for years. But facts are facts, and every American deserves the truth: this pandemic is hitting Pennsylvania and America harder because of your failure in leadership.
We can’t fully re-open Pennsylvania until we get the public health crisis under control. That will take decisive action, vision and real leadership. It requires a President who will take responsibility for us.
