#PriceAction

The only way to better your edge is by going into previous PA and having a level of understanding towards it

Dissected this previous PA and some stuff I observed:

Hope it helps

1. Relevant Swing Points
2. Market Structure Break
3. Formed Supply:TP
4. Conclusion
1. Relevant Swing Points

Price trends down with local sweeps at each stop. In blue we form a set of equal highs without a local sweep. (MSB below was a formed breaker)

Price comes back to equal highs and engineers liquidity/price sweep prior to breaking down

Notes on chart
2. Market Structure Break

H1:

Price trends up and we have a price range with a swing high that forms into equal highs

We no longer need to run the range high considering that swing formed was a run of the equal highs

Range low fails to hold and we have MSB

Notes on chart
3. Formed Supply / TP

H4:

Following the H1 price range and MSB we zoom out onto the H4

H4 supply forms following H1 MSB confluent with sweep off equal highs. Price tests H4 supply with failure to shift a new high.

Price breaks down to untapped swing low.

Notes on chart
4. Conclusion

Price moves from liquidity pockets to other liquidity pockets.

It’s important to give context to the swing points that you have noted and reviewing past PA gives you just that edge that you might need.

Enjoy!
