First #SCOTUS decision is Luck Brand Dungarees v. Marcel Fashions Group, with Sotomayor delivering the unanimous opinion reversing the 2nd Circuit in the trademark case: supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf…
It is the only #SCOTUS decision today, per @KimberlyRobinsn @scotusreporter and others.
Next possible decision day would be Monday.

YES. @ElieNYC. THIS.
It’s absurd that the past two weeks are the first time in US history that the American public has been able to listen to public officials who have lifetime tenure—the justices—doing the part of their job that is already open to the public (normally) if you can be there in person.
It would be totally unacceptable for the justices to even fathom removing the live-streaming capabilities from arguments going forward, even after this pandemic, and I would hope that they see this fuss was all in their heads and that cameras in the courtroom should soon follow.
