Tom Peck doesn’t just stop at Johnson, but Priti Patel and Raab are flagged as examples of employers with pasts suggesting they are not reasonable. 
Then there is the wonderful reminder of Cummings as a “reasonable employer”..

So don’t try and hide behind a suggestion that it is British Common sense that is driving people to crowd onto public transport.
