QUESTION: A significant number of high ranking professional officials @ODNIgov have left for one reason or another -recently. We asked @GenMhayden How do you think US adversaries will try to leverage this? 
ANSWER: “Will there be any professionals left? I don’t think so - at least not at high enough levels. Many people will just call it a day.
Without professionals in our IC, adversaries can take advantage of or be dismissive of American intelligence. And that will not be good for America.”
