I am hearing horror stories during this unprecedented health & economic crisis from micro-businesses.

It is instructive that @wmcares has blocked me just from these 3 tweets. 5 years ago nearly to the day, I experienced @WasteManagement’s abuses up front & personal for a sustained period of time covering months.

It is inexplicable that @WasteManagement will not let small & micro businesses on & off #MainStreet out of #trashcollection contracts during this unprecedented #SmallBusinessExtinctionEvent.

I would like to engage @CalRestaurants, business associations, & @bbb_us to collect stories from its clients about the contract provisions that @WasteManagement enforces on its #smallbusinesses during the best of times & worst personal moments for owners.

Due to the stories I am hearing from micro & small businesses dealing with @WasteManagement during #COVID19, I will work collaboratively to launch a long term strategy to raise all ethical issues related to its #smallbusiness contract provisions.
