It's helpful because it's accurate. People in the press need to be held accountable for doing a bad job because their failures have had real consequences. Especially when it comes to how they have covered various states.
One of the things I wrote about for tomorrow's AG Report is just how much harm came out of the press giving Cuomo a pass while wrongly focusing all their criticism on DeSantis. It allowed NY to avoid taking actions that could have saved many lives for months.
I'm sorry if that reality makes some people uncomfortable, but it should lead to some self-reflection from the press. ESPECIALLY those who have seen and felt the devastation in NY. How did your colleagues screw these stories up so badly and how will they avoid it next time?
