UPSHOT/ The total number of pandemic plans, reports, and warnings ignored by Trump (given not just the 13 PDBs but the fact that Navarro wrote 3 memos, there were *many* 2019 reports from Americans in Geneva, and multiple USIC reports in November 2019):

CONCLUSION/ It's not an exaggeration to say that Trump's dozens—likely *scores*—of rejections of pandemic plans, reports, and warnings, which malfeasance has led to the deaths of 90,000 Americans and counting, is the SINGLE BIGGEST MALFEASANCE BY A PRESIDENT since Andrew Jackson.

CONCLUSION2/ Incredibly, that malfeasance is only the tip of the iceberg. Because the *reason* Trump committed this historically deadly malfeasance is that he wanted to maintain his backchannel for Biden family dirt with Xi Jinping. That's right: he let people die to win in 2020.

CONCLUSION3/ We *know* this because 6 weeks before the USIC told Trump Xi was lying to him and America Trump said he'd developed leverage with Xi over the trade war Trump started (killing American farmers). And what did Trump do with that leverage the same week—get dirt on Biden.

CONCLUSION4/ Over and over and over again—actually, *dozens* of times—from November 2019 through March 2020, Trump was told Xi was lying to him. And Trump told *America* Xi was being transparent. *Only* when Americans started dying did Trump turn on Xi and risk losing Biden dirt.
