Beaches. Liquor Stores. Golfing. Tennis. All of those can be open for people of all ages even those most at risk from Covid. But schools are prohibited from operating; even at 50% attendance or outside in open tents.
We are told that children are carriers so they can’t go to half empty schools where 98% people there are also children; an age set with a low number of Covid deaths compared to other ages. But children can be at beaches/large stores alongside 60+ year olds.

In 2017, people under the age of 20 were 1.15% of all deaths in NY. To date, this age group is 0.062% of Covid deaths which is a rate 18.5 times lower.

14 children died from Coronavirus in NY over the last 65 days. Year 2017 saw 319 children deaths over an average 65 day period.
Golf in NY was shut for only one week despite lack of distancing while going in/out, and despite the fact that it’s loaded with high risk group: Overweight (😃) middle aged men. There are 6,571 Covid deaths in NY age 50-69.

Context? There are 14 deaths under the age of 20.
