#Obamagate - A tale of: Spying without warrants, using parallel construction as a workaround for targeting political foes, using the IC/LEA "wall" as a shield to hide improprieties behind the wall allowing a politically motivated "investigation" based on subterfuge.

7) In this link/screenshot Comey is "parallel constructing" a story to explain why Flynn, a U.S. Person, was collected on. Nonsense. "Other" collection methods appear to exist and this was not simply a product of "incidental tasking."

8) EO 12333 sec 2.3 (pages 10-11) explains how such a capability may & likely does exist, (as we see by the totality of the evidence), & why Comey et al needed a parallel constructed "story" to cover their improper collection of U.S. Persons & to get it "across" the IC/LEA "wall"

9) Important: Once across the IC/LEA "Wall" the "government" has the luxury of utilizing what it obtained by "spying" without concern for revealing its sources & methods. Courts almost ALWAYS protect the "wall" & will not allow the pursuit of discovery beyond it onto the IC side.

10) The "legal" problem isn't necessarily the number of "unmaskings" by the Obama Administration. Technically it's a perfectly legal action with all other things being equal. The problem is one of clandestine "targeted" unmaskings of political enemies.

11) When one has unfettered access to largely unsupervised "Raw SIGINT" that they can then use to "guide" other high ranking principals, (eg. Biden, Power, this guy, that guy, and Obama), you have a SERIOUS problem!

12) This allows high ranking principals who would find it nearly impossible to effectively access & abuse "Raw SIGINT" to instead be "guided" to know exactly where to look to "unmask" their political targets with plausible deniability from other "more available" intel products

13) In the now infamous "unmasking" memo we see there was a great deal of interest in Flynn by those who could best be characterized as his political foes. Just Flynn's bad "luck" to be the victim of so many "random" unmasking at this scale? Highly improbable. It's "targeted".

14) Parallel Construction is abused in all kinds of creative ways and it can not only snare the likes of one General Flynn but it can be used go after ANYONE. Just see the @realDonaldTrump dossier if you doubt it.

15) The distinction being made between NSA mission or not appears to be one of a technical nature. While it seems NSA is responsible on a tech level for nearly "all" of collection, when I say "other sources" outside of NSA's mission this refers to under what "authority" and...

15a) Where it is "delivered" for capture, storage, and assessment. As EO12333 sec 2.3 indicates the "raw SIGINT" is available to other IC components AND it appears it could have been under "other" MOA's for some time. So, for example the FBI could have had its own direct draw...

15b) from the raw SIGINT in effect siphoning off of NSA's feed if you will because they appear the be the "technical" source. By "other" source, since we can see in EO12333 2.3 that other IC components gather under their own separate authority outside of NSA's mission, I mean...

15c) an IC component through another authority or MOA of some kind gathers, (from NSA), stores, (probably at NSA), and assess, (who knows where), for "its purposes and mission" separate from other IC components. This aligns w/ Comey testimony of "not sharing" with DNI/CIA etc.

16) We cannot know precisely "how" but taking all above into account it seems clear FBI was in effect its own source for Flynn call which was an act of "collecting" on a US Person outside of FISA, NSA mission, etc, or he would have most certainly been "masked" iaw FISA etc.

17) As of this morning it's being said Flynn was collected on via Kislyak FISA. I don't think so. I believe this is simply the "parallel construction" excuse they're using to cover their true source and illegal collection of a U.S. Person. It was "targeted" collection on Flynn.
