One issue I haven't yet seen raised about the proposed school reopenings: What if teachers teach multiple year groups, only some of which are in the initial wave(s) of returnees?

Are they supposed to go from teaching in the classroom to Zoom for online teaching, and back again?
Also, what are parents supposed to do if the school day is staggered so that pupils are taught in smaller class sizes? Take their kids early, and pick them up at lunchtime? How does that impact working from home (or travelling to work)?
Also, how can parents both obey the instruction to stagger their own work hours to avoid public transport peaks, and also take their children to school if the school's sticking to "normal" hours?
