George Eustace gave out the address of a website where people could find fruit picking jobs at yesterday's press conference.
It was down.
Then, when people got through, it contained 3 (three!) random jobs.
Now it seems to have been taken permanently offline.

That one collapsed under too much traffic yesterday. It doesn't work if you put www. at the front.

That one only contains 3 jobs, and is very badly written.

The official (I assume) pickforbritain.org.uk website doesn't offer a list of available jobs. All it does is link to the recruitment pages of various farmers and agricultural firms. So people still have to do the legwork to visit and check each one. They can't compare posts.
I have no idea what pickforbritain.org (no .uk at the end) thinks it's doing. The wording suggests a semi-official connection, but it's so sparse and badly written it's hard to believe it was sanctioned by anyone, even in this shambles of a government.
