The DOJ announced that Jeffrey Ragsdale, who has been Acting Director of OPR since Sept 2019, was appointed to Director of OPR.
I’m not sure if AG Barr or someone else made the appointment, though.
Googling his name brings up a ton of letters from Democrats and leftist TDS orgs asking him to investigate AG Barr And filing complaints against him, LOLOL!

Ragsdale will lead a part of the DOJ that “investigates misconduct allegations against Department Attorneys, immigration Judges, and law enforcement.”
He’s been at the DOJ for 29 years in various roles.
