🕉️THE SEVEN CHAKRAS🕉️
1)Muladhara/Root Chakra-located at the base of the spine between the anus and the genitals. It radiates the color red and represents the element Earth.
It is Characterized by the emotions of survival, stability,ambition and self sufficiency(1/16)@InfoVedic
When this chakra is out of balance, a person might feel unstable, ungrounded, lack of ambition, lack of purpose, fearful, insecure and frustrated. However when Muladhara Chakra is balanced a person might feel stable, confident, balanced, energetic, independent and strong.(2/16)
2)Svadhishthana/Sacral Chakra
It is located at the lower abdomen, about four fingers below the navel. It radiates the color orange and represents the element water.
The attributes of Sacral Chakra are the basic needs for sexuality, desires, creativity and self-worth.

When imbalanced, a person might feel emotionally explosive and irritable, lacking of energy and creativity, manipulative or obsessed with sexual thoughts. When Svadhishthana Chakra is balanced, a person might feel positive, vital, satisfied, compassionate, and intuitive.(4/16)
3)Manipura Chakra – Solar Plexus Chakra
Located above the navel at the solar plexus (between the navel and the bottom of the rib cage). It represents the element fire and thus radiates yellow color.
It is characterized by energy and emotions like ego, anger and aggression.(5/16)
Imbalance can manifest itself physically by digestive problems,liver problems or diabetes. On an emotional level one might suffer from depression, lack of self-esteem and anger. By balancing the Chakra one might feel energetic, confident,productive and focussed.(6/16)
4)Anahata Chakra/Heart Chakra- It is located in the heart region. Its colour is green and element air. It is a seat of balance and characterized by emotions of love, attachment, compassion and trust.(7/16)
Imbalance might manifest lack of trust, anxiety, jealousy, and fear. Balancing the Chakra one will feel motivates, Optimistic, friendly and caring.(8/16)
5)Vishuddha Chakra/Throat Chakra-
It is present at the base of the throat, coinciding with the thyroid gland.Its colour is bright blue and element is space. It represents inspiration, expression, faith and communication skills. (9/16)
Imbalance may lead to timidity, quiteness, a feeling of weakness, or the ability to express. Balancing the Chakra can manifest creativity, constructive communication and satisfaction.(10/16)
6)Ajna/The Third Eye Chakra- It is located between the eyebrows. Its colour is indigo and it is free of element. It is said that meditation on Ajna destroys the Karma of Past lives and gives liberation and intuitional knowledge. It represents insight and self knowledge.(11/16)
Imbalance of this Chakra might lead to non assertiveness, headaches, blurry vision and eye strain. Balance leads to free of attachment and fear of death.(12/16)
7)Sahastrara Chakra/Crown Chakra-
It is located on the crown of the head and has no element. Its colour is violet or white. This Chakra is the centre of spirituality, enlightenment, dynamic thought and energy.(13/16)
Imbalance of this Chakra leads to frustration, saddness and destructive feeling. Balancing it allows inwards flow of wisdom and gift of Cosmic Consiousness.(14/16)

1)Muladhara- Tree pose( Vrkshasana) and Mountain pose(Tadasana)

2)Svadishthana- Crow pose(Kakasana) and Triangle pose(Trikonasana)

3)Manipura- Forward bend(Paschimottanasana), Cobra pose(Bhujangasana) and Bow pose(Dhanurasana)
