1n URGENT APPEAL: @PMOIndia @narendramodi. just spoke to Drs K K Muhammad & Meenakshi Jain wrt this #RamJanmabhoomi excavation interview by @navikakumar. These new artefacts are 8th century (older than previously thought). The contractors are DESTROYING ANY ARCHEOLOGICAL VALUE
2n these new findings have. The #RamJanmabhoomi committee has handed the clearing of this site over to non expert building contractors. Dr Muhammad confirmed that the @TimesNow visuals indicate a hitherto undocumented 8th century temple that pushes the timeline back 200 years.
3n Prior to this 2 temples were documented. The 12th century temple that Babur destroyed & a previous 10th century circular temple. Understand how momentous this is - a whole unknown temple that further reinforces the holiness of this place. However non-archeological
4n professionals won’t know how to excavate & document this. This means the conspiracy theories of there not being a temple are going to keep getting perpetuated & we are playing into the hands of the same lobby that prevented us reclaiming our heritage for the last few decades.
5n Please stop this right now! We need an underground archeaooogical museum under the #RamJanmabhoomi To document it’s historicity & sanctity. This is an urgent and desperate appeal. It seems a lot if the damage has already been done. We are racing against time
