4) “Overall, Ontario’s performance has not been good, but it’s variable. In some areas, there have been very few cases and contact tracing has been very well done. In others, they’ve collected a lot of data but they haven’t reported it. And in others, they’ve been overwhelmed.”
5) BOTTOMLINE: contact tracing capacity seems low in the most populated province or very slow reporting. Slow tracing is almost like no tracing. Because contact tracing must be fast to break chain of transmission. #COVID19
