This made me pick up my shovel and dig a little bit. I started with the first diagnosed person with autism which led me to Donald Triplett, He was born in 1933, there are some possible cases earlier, but his is the first official diagnosis. Here are some things about 1933

That led me to, when did vaccines come about? I found the second generation of vaccines that have led to the vaccines we know today started in the 1880s by Louis Pasteur who is same guy that came up with pasteurization, and from then on compulsory vaccination laws were passed. 
Now that being said, after the 1880s we basically starting testing with vaccines more and more frequently, so to back to polio, small amounts of polio have existed since forever, but check this out. Major polio outbreaks were unseen until when? Around the 20th Century!!! Where...
..they continued to grow until it's peak in the 1940s-1950s where it was killing over half a million people a year! Now right before the peak in the 1930s, the government came up with the idea of health insurance to pay the hospitals, despite doctors not wanting that, it happened

Now the first successful polio vaccine demonstration was in 1950 by Hilary Koprowski but was not approved by the government, 5 years later they used one by Jonas Salk, one which later proved to be contaminated by SV40, a disease found in animals, animal to human? Sounds familiar.
Over 98 million Americans that took this and they "claim" only 10-30 million took the vaccine containing SV40. SV40 causes tumors and cancers in animals, it's been refuted back and forth whether it's connected to cancer and tumor patients found to have SV40 but recently...
... In 2004 The National Center for Biotechnology Information did an article on it stating "Therefore, the major types of tumors induced by SV40 in laboratory animals are the same as those human malignancies..

Then in 1961 the did the OPV vaccine for polio but that has led to its own complications involving paralayis to patients that had not been paralyzed and that the CDC has said was also contaminated with the SV40, and was on the WHOs list of essential medicines until 2016!!!! Wth!
