1/5 Re Matt Hancock’s exhortation that it is our #civicduty to engage with Test and Trace.
I would happily engage, but unfortunately I have lost all trust in and respect for this government.
Therefore, it cannot reasonably expect my co-operation.

2/5 It is like the fiduciary duty of an employee to an employer.
If the employee clearly fails to show loyalty to the employer, they can be legally dismissed.
In this case, the government has failed in its duty to safeguard its citizens.

3/5 The negligence and incompetence of this government has caused thousands of preventable deaths.
The continued incompetence of this government will cause thousands more preventable deaths.
Cummings’ behaviour and the defence by ministers was an insult to the whole country.

4/5 Hence, for me to engage with Test and Trace:
- Cummings, Johnson and all ministers who publicly supported Cummings must resign
- The ‘Russia report’ must be published
- There must be full disclosure of the role of IDOX in the 2019 general election

5/5 If these conditions are met, I will willingly engage with Test and Trace.
If not, I will never download the App and I will never co-operate with any Test and Trace representatives.
I believe in #civicduty but I also believe it must be reciprocated by government.
