Recent days I have been hausted and angry on how black people are treated in America. I am black and I am sick of tired of seeing black people being accused and be killed by the ignorant of racist white people. I am tired of the racism in this country. I don't like how US
Operates and it need to stop. It seems like black lives don't matter and I am sick of it. Our lives matter and people need to stand up against racism and people won't stand for it for real. I support #BlackLivesMatter because I don't want to be feared of who I am and black people
Deserve to be treated as equal and not second class citizens. I support #BlackLivesMatter because I don't want to see unarmed black men and women get killed by the police for no reasons and that need to end.

I always going to support the movement, but I have to talk about the
Issues in the disability community because I am a disability rights advocate. I will continue to end the stigma around autism and bringing the represenation of Autistic BIPOC(Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). Disabled lives matters too especially disabled BIPOC. It is
Important that people see disabled people as human beings instead of being something that need to be fixed. For me, I am black who have to be Autistic. It is important for me to fight for my rights in the society who don't see me as human being. I don't need to pick and choose
One of my identities to feel whole because I am whole. So I need to talk about all of my identities as a black autistic woman. My life matters too.

To all of you who are ally to me, I want you to use your privilege for good and end white supremacy, abled supremacy, and
Patriarchy. You have to listen and don't be an asshole. Do better.

For my white ally, you will never know what it like to be black, asian, indigenous, or latinx in America. You don't have to be feared in America because y'all are the majority of this country. Y'all may be taught
In a very young age to believe people like me are inferior to you and whatever may be. You may heard of it from your family members, friends, the media, and politics. Whenever a BIPOC tell you this is racist and you may be confused. You have to listen on what bipoc are saying and
You will know next time don't do it. Use your privilege to do right and teach your white peers to do the same and stand up against racism.

For my abled neurotypical ally, use your privilege to make things accessible to disabled people. Use your privilege to include disabled
People's voices and don't leave us out of the conversation. Our voices matter like Nothing about us without us. Listen to us as we talk about ableism. You may never know what it like to have a disability, but you have to listen to us. Use your privilege to end ableism for good.
For my male ally, use your privilege to end sexism and ensure women have the same rights as you. It is important to listen and do what it is right.

For my black and brown brothers and sisters, we know that we experience racism in America and our experiences are different from
One another whatever we are black, indigenous, asian, or latinx. Most of the time we focus on our community to ensure we are treated with respect in society. When one of us are in trouble, we may not support one another. We may discriminate one another and things like that. It is
Kinda sad that we are fighting each other instead of fighting against white supremacy. We need to do better and help each other out more. Hope we can be good ally to one another.

Lastly, I know I have privileges. I want to be a good ally to the immigrants, Mulism community,
LGBTQ+, etc. If I makes mistakes, please let me know and I hope I don't make the same mistakes.

We have to support one another in this country. We need each other more than ever. We can't do it alone. We cannot let injustices to continue like this. This need to end now.
