What these folks don't get is Dr. MLK's message. YES there's GREAT CAUSE for LEGITIMATE GRIEVANCE but NONVIOLENT PROTEST is the way to get justice & bring change. Dr. MLK modeled himself after Christ & Gandhi. @donlemon @staceyabrams Violent mobs both lynch and loot. @NAACP
Gathering on the steps of the police station with hundreds of people kneeling in prayer, then marching peacefully with candles or iPhone lights, chanting selected words of MLK or specific songs make change. Arson & looting are NOT legitimate vehicles of protest OR change. @NAACP
Violence did not bring down the Confederate flag fr SC state house. Grace did. Grace is forgiveness where none is deserved. I watched those wonderful women who lost loved ones in the insane shooting in AME Church in Charleston who said they forgave Dylan Roof. The flag came down.
Groups of neighborhood African American & white peaceful protesters helping clean up neighborhoods & repair trashed looted stores while wearing black arm bands would send a much better message and achieve greater results because those non violent acts WIN THE ARGUMENT. @NAACP
There are drunken white guys with bottles in hand cheering on the arson & looting. Trump & #MoscowMitch are going to be reelected, and we've done it to ourselves.
AFTER that THEN have a prayer vigil on the steps of the police station and sing Amazing Grace. @donlemon @staceyabrams @NAACP Then @MayorFrey make darn sure that cop is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
If anyone in MN has the courage to do these things then we might, MIGHT, avoid re-electing Trump. @MayorFrey @NAACP Anger feels good but is counter productive to achieving the goal. I think this is what Dr. MLK would advise. @donlemon @staceyabrams IT can be a way forward.

They’re surveying to map out land claims. That’s what surveyors do. I have government/official surveyors in my family back to colonial times in Virginia and the purpose of land surveys is to accurately measure and verify land boundaries or borders.
I think this is related to reported Chinese encroachment on India’s territory. If you know people in @rashtrapatibhvn @IndianEmbassyUS please point this out to appropriate officials. It looks like part if an attempted grab of India’s land by China. Like Putin’s grab of Crimea.
