There is another building mentioned in Sewaka Darma: The palace of Batara Wisnu (Vishnu), which known as "Kahyangan Miru Hireng" or 'The Black Top of Heaven' at the north.

Its poles made of engraved iron, the roof of China iron, the floor of 'maléla' (alloy?) iron, the wall of yellow iron (brass?), and the roof top of 'panamar' (prestige?) iron.

Again, the same building also mentioned by Sri Ajnyana when he was in the heaven.

"nyorang aing ngalérkeun,
aya méru tumpang telu,
ditihangan ku maléla,
dihateupan tunjung putih,
didadampar beusi cina,
dikikitir purasani,
disaréan ojar rati,
dideudeul ku beusi kuning,
dihateup ku beusi pamor,
imah maneuh dikarancang."

"I went to the north,
there was a three-story roof,
the poles made of alloy(?),
the roof of white iron(?),
the floor of China iron,
ornamented with magnet,
the bed of 'ojar rati' (?),
decorated with brass(?),
its roof of prestige(?) iron .
The perforated architecture."

By the end of the soul's journey to the moksha (enlightment) state, he will find another metals-ornamented building as mentioned in Séwaka Darma:

"Lamun barta di tihang beusi,
Ditelar ku purasani,
Dipamikulan ku maléla,
Dilayeusan téja putih,
Diwilahan tambaga sukla,
Dihateupan ku salak,
Dituruban ku pirak kapas,
[...]
Dipiwastan demas kolot,
Disareyan ku panamar,
Dijeujeutan demas ngora,
Ditatapkan cundiga,
[...]"

rafter of copper,
roof of silver,
covered with 'cotton' silver,

beautified with mature gold,
bed of prestige iron,
decorated with light gold,
floor of steel,
[...]

I'm wondering whether those buildings images adopted by the old Sundanese preist from any Indian source?
