Only the second dumbest. The take on Saudi disinformation networks is that it's Palestinians and Somalis behind it and they're part of a conspiracy by @RashidaTlaib and @IlhanMN (see next tweet)
This is an important Saudi disinformation account that has been active for years. The tweet itself has been artificially boosted.
