The same goes for minimum wage. Many minimum wage increase laws are struck down because they call for the abolishment of 14c legislation which allows for disabled people to be paid below the minimum wage. Some Parents and so-called disability advocates oppose wage increases
Because they say it will mean their children can no longer qualify for certain services and healthcare. Meaning that the minimum wage stays the same for racial minorities.
