The email in question was sent to a man named Oscar Flores; he’s the gentleman in the Navy whites on the left in the photo.

... but I recognized him because on Memorial Day the year before (2016, election year) there was a media storm over him walking the the (same) parade with you while in uniform.

The real reason I brought Oscar up, though... is bc the issue with “run-on words” doesn’t happen all the time.

The true nature of my interest in CSO is bc on multiple trips to Middle East and Africa... I was told (by locals) that HRC (and later, Kerry) were arming the terrorists (with the help of McCain, and others).
