1. time delays are terrible once you get used to dex's.

interoperability=more users using dexs, knowingly and unknowingly.
dexs are already more convenient, will be more competitive price-wise.
dex UX will improve for manual trading.
w/ competitive $, hardcore traders opt for dex for transparency, programability, <risk.
