College freshmen deserve a full year of living together as a class. If that means sophomores, juniors and seniors need to live off campus more often to create less density, that's a relatively better trade-off. More college senior work internships reduces density.
If college students are going to class year round the facilities are used during summers. Graduating in less than four years should happen more often.
