@CSBA_Now is a non-profit made up of 5,000 school Board Members.

CSBA has an Educational Legal Alliance (ELA) that is made up of a Steering Committee (page 6) and Advisory Committee (page 7).

Private law firms who litigate and profit from students with disability are members

of the CSBA's Educational Legal Alliance Advisory Committee including Sue Ann Salmom Evans; Dannis, Woliver Kelley (DWK) and Peter Fagan; Friedman & Fulfrost, LLP (@F3Law).

DWK and FFF are Premier Business Affiliates at CSBA. Membership is $25,000/year. CSBA states "CSBA

introduces its members (school board) directly to business affiliate companies, providing the unique opportunity for affiliates to shape current and potential customer attitudes toward products and services"

"As an affiliate, you can meet your market: the more than 7,000 school

board members, superintendents, executive assistants, facilities managers and business officials who spend more than $70 billion annually to equip and maintain thousands of school buildings and provide educational opportunities for more than six million public school students."

We are following the money... the @DyslexiaIDA , Autism & Special Education Groups, @NAACP do not have the financial means to join CSBA to "shape attitudes" for the elected school board members.

The private law firms fighting special education students are primarily white and

profiting from our tax dollar. African American's are in prison -- School Pipeline to Prison. What are the private law firms who school board approves in special education doing to support reading remediation for students with disabilities?

Are any of the private law firms

who are paid with tax payer dollars advocating for special needs students or African American students with disabilities?
