Pick one day to write 20,000 words on a Microsoft doc
'Haha you mean a few days right?'
Nah. Pick ONE day where you dedicate the whole day to this challenge
20,000 words or bust
Any idea you desire
Stretch your mind
You'll be a different person after
It is.
That's why it's a CHALLENGE
And that's what logic does.
It follows preexisting frameworks
Without logic, there is chaos
But just like anything in this world....there is a time and place
Creativity is the side to you that is curious & cares less about what's 'supposed' to be possible
Matter
Spirit
Creativity is led with the spirit
The side to you that always wants to grow & push the boundaries
And discover what was buried within all along
Before we began, let's talk about what to expect
You leave a different person than you were before entering the challenge
And if you don't provide it adequate problems to help you level up...
It will create problems for you
Aka: anxiety
We all can have sinister thoughts
But their problem solving mind entertains it more
Causing anxiety or sinister actions
You do that by feeding it a problem, intentionally
And solving it creatively
You see that you were sleeping on your creative potential
The why is to connext with the spirit side & gain more control over your mind
You level up
And when you break it down, everything comes down to controlling the mindset towards your favor
How do you go about this challenge?
Great qs
☆creation
☆edit
That's it.
Those are the pure fundamentals
Editing is the logical side.
That's not what this exercise is about
☆lead with emotion
☆edit with logic
It can be about anything.
☆why you want to start a business
☆how to finish off 2020 strong
☆advice from your future self
☆why you should overcome a fear etc.
No distractions.
Get your meals already prepped
Avoid anything too greasy.
Keep yourself 75% full after you are done eating
Set aside 3 hours (you can adjust the numbers) to write
And full focus is on the activity
Then take a 30 minute break
'Do I time my breaks too?'
Yup. Otherwise you may slack off
And just pure focus on writing away.
☆obsess over the 'right' words
☆obsess over spelling.
☆obsess over grammar
Blah blah blah
Not creativity's problem
When you are editing, you can focus on better word selection, spelling, grammar etc
Don't even bother picking up the challenge if you're like:
'Well, it's not possible. But I guess I can try.'
That's a loser's attitude
Go do something else
Just so they are like 'told ya so!'
These humans are overly logical
And their logic unfortunately can be their biggest enemy from being BOLD
These 2 traits make you a deadly creator
It makes you prolific
Creative writing is the gym
You got this
And hypothetically, if you don't hit the mark, you'll still feel different
It knows now that you're a doer.
It will begin to melt analysis paralysis in the future
You seem more encouraged to pick up challenges....
Begin.
