In light of the ATRF analysis that shows the fund would be worth $1.3 billion less if invested like LAPP was. Travis said that he "didn't accept" that finding.

It is a mathematical return analysis done to industry standards (CFA). So if you don't like this analysis, Travis, why don't you show us the risk adjusted return comparison that you did?

I am still gobsmacked that he can move around billions of dollars that are not his without any research and analysis.

Travis says that AIMCO has hit its overall benchmark 8 out of the last 10 years. Does not mention the investment objective is some amount over benchmark. #ABLeg

If we only returned benchmark (or just over) we should fire all the managers and index most of the portfolio. It is a much cheaper way to get a median return.

The LAPP goal is 0.85% over benchmark which AIMCO has never achieved for them. Not even one quarter in 12 years. #ABLeg

Leo de Bever was the first CEO of AIMCO. He was hired after putting forth the promise that AIMCO could return 1.00% above benchmark more years than naught.

He was wrong.
