So, today’s ableism challenge is this.

If you have a notebook is can use the notes app on your phone, I want you to take a tally of how often you use disabilities to describe things you don’t like or are abnormal to you.

TW: Ableist language
This includes phrases like

“Are you bling?”
“That’s crazy”
“That’s stupid, dumb, lame...”

And yes, this includes when you use lowercase and uppercase letters in the same word to mimic someone with slowed speech or thought in your tweets.
