Directs the Army to ensure compliance by all medical personnel.

FRAGO 1
Report information on all exercises, IPRS, conferences, or like events in the USNORTHCOM AOR.

FRAGO 2
Information on all exercises, IPRS, conferences, or like events in the USNORTHCOM AOR occurring over the next 60 days are due to the HQDA CAT NLT 05 1500z MAR 2020.

-G4 funding guidance, stockage levels, and reporting requirements for all commands
-G1 clarifying guidance on PCS, TDY, HHG, and POV shipments

-Implementing SA delegation of authority memos dtd: 15 Mar and 17 Mar 2020 and DAS email
-Effective immediately SA delegated domestic travel Exception to Policy authorities and responsibilities to USA and VCSA with no further delegation

-All other requests to approve domestic travel remain with the USA and VCSA. Requests for DACS and Army Secretariat will go to the office of the USA and all uniformed personnel and Army Staff will go to the office of the VCSA.

-Effective immediately, O-6 commanders and above have the authority to disapprove and end the processing of requests for travel exceptions to the stop movement orders
-SA delegates ETP authority for emergency leave and return of Soldier from TDY to first GO/SES.

-Reporting guidance for Army positive cases and Restriction of Movement (ROM).

-Effective immediately, all army chapel services will adhere to level C of the HPCON framework previously published in Annex R and the Commander-in-chief's social distancing guidance (limiting gatherings To ten or less people).

Chaplain's are authorized to conduct Religious services through any virtual means to ensure no disruption Of religious support per local commander guidance.
-Strong Bonds events are canceled until further notice.
