Cuomo made much of this Guideline, but there are other guidelines, such as having a quarantine area separate from all the other patients,

If any of those guidelines are not met, CV-19 patients cannot enter the nursing home. The state governments did not explain that part of the CDC Guidelines.

NO. They all did not die of COVID-19. Some died of other causes. Some died of COVID, or whatever this is, but did not have to die of it but were exposed during treatment.
