- 4B's is the simplest, surest strategy to have positive mindset & healthy mind.

- If you are weak, - work on your strength and fitness (Resistance training).

- Proper diet.

- Intermittent Fasting.

Work on your muscles. Healthy muscles = Testosterone.

Also known as MENTORS.

Connect yourself with men who are on top of the chain in your area of interest.

- finance

- career

Let them teach you the tricks in the game.
