Ilang teknikal na isyu ang lumutang kaugnay ng franchise renewal ng ABS-CBN. Kinausap namin ang ilang digital broadcasting experts upang klaruhin ang mga ito. Panoorin:
Giit ng samahang FICTAP, isang channel lamang ang pwedeng ibroadcast ng ABS-CBN batay sa kanilang franchise na napaso kamakailan. Pero sabi ng dalawang engineer na aming nakausap, hindi channel kundi frequency ang pinaguusapan sa prankisa. 2/6
Dahil sa pagsulong ng digital broadcasting, pwede nang magpalabas ng higit isang channel sa bawat frequency band. Sinusulong mismo ng DICT ang pag transition mula analog to digital broadcast dahil sa mga bentahe nito. 3/6

A serious situation is unfolding at the National Center for Medical Health in Mandaluyong. As of April 5, hospital admin has confirmed that 34 have tested positive for COVID at the hospital, a whopping 28 of them healthcare workers. 3 patients have already died.
279 NCMH employees are PUIs, while 181 are PUMs. 50 psychiatrists are in quarantine (out of 83), while 30% of nursing staff are now unable to report to work. They say the main problem is the lack of PPEs. Admin says they only have 100 PPEs left. They need 250 pieces per day.
