Donald Trump really is just Rudy Giuliani with wilder hair and a temporary address on Black Lives Matter Plaza. Apparently his “reform” plan is lavishly praising police, creepily repeating “law and order,” again threatening protesters and gratuitously fixating on violent crime.
This speech is really Orwellian.

Now he is bragging about the economy and reviving the GOP favorite riff on “black unemployment” — though ghe economy he is boasting about is the pre-pandemic one so... the current one has 40-plus million unemployed. Also what happened to police reform??!
