The charges in ATL: Officer Roth:
Felony Murder
Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (3 counts) - maximum sentences life, life without parole or death penalty.
The DA also charging Roth with multiple aggravated assault counts for firing so recklessly, the bullets hit other cars. Also for not rendering timely medical aide and thus violating his oath to the state of Atlanta, and for kicking Rashad Brooks while he was dying.
AND THERE IS A PHOTO.
Charges: Officer Brosnan
Aggravated assault for standing on Mr. Brooks' body when he was down, and violating his oath by standing on Mr. Brooks' body.
Brosnan is the cooperator.
The DA is recommending no bond for Officer Roth.
The District Attorney is named Paul L. Mr. Howard.

Ok at last here is what is in the Tim Scott / GOP Senate Bill: basically it INCREASES federal funding to police, for yet more training, keeps chokeholds & asks police departments to keep data on how many people their officers kill. The stuff about using the AA museum isn’t in it.
It's basically just suggestions, data collection and grants. If anyone sees anything more specific please comment below.
From a public policy standpoint, and from what police I know have told me, more grants to have cops sit through still more "de-escalation training" won't change anything. Cops will do the courses because they have to and then go back to doing what their unions empower them to do.

Donald Trump really is just Rudy Giuliani with wilder hair and a temporary address on Black Lives Matter Plaza. Apparently his “reform” plan is lavishly praising police, creepily repeating “law and order,” again threatening protesters and gratuitously fixating on violent crime.
This speech is really Orwellian.
Is anyone else creeped out?

GOP source says not to expect much from Trump's policing reform announcement tomorrow. Looking like all show, no substance.
More: the goal for the event, from the White House point of view, again per my GOP source, is a photo-op with as many family members of police shooting victims (or other BLM related cases, i.e., Ahmed Arbery) as possible. Trump wants to show he is the "law & order president."
Per a separate source: George Floyd's family does NOT plan to be there.
