Marriage license service will resume in the city on an appointment-only basis starting on Monday. Need to complete an online application to do so.

Customers will need to be seated except for entering or leaving the business, using the washroom or paying the bill. Number of indoor patrons will be limited based on distancing and customer "log" should be kept.
Screening protocols for employees will need to be put in place, including answering questions provided by Toronto Public Health before each shift
Mayor Tory says moving to Stage 3 will be a "challenge" for Toronto. "Now the hard work really begins," he says.
