A two block radius around the stadium is cut off from civilian access, and another block around that is national guardsman and cement barricades. 
“PATRIOT LIVES MATTER!” it says on this woman’s sign. The other side of her sign says “I might be gay but I’m not stupid.”
“Daddy Trump” it says on her T-shirt.

Here is what I believe to be the first arrest of the day, about 6.5 hours ahead of the rally start time.
At the entrance to the rally itself - because food, drinks, chairs, umberellas etc are not allowed inside, people have basically had to leave their camping gear and things at the front gate.
This guy brought a 485 pound statue portraying Trump as having a magic wand and USA swim trunks.
You can’t enter the rally itself armed, but one individual brought a Smith & Wesson AR-15 and a glock with him to talk to people outside about gun rights.
This woman tells me she wasn’t allowed into the Trump rally with her signs (no signs/flags are allowed.)

This guy has the American flag, a Confederate flag, a Thin Blue Line flag, and a Trump flag.
A couple of Black Lives Matter activists argue with some Trump supporters, including the guy wearing a T-shirt reading “where is the outrage when blacks murder eachother?”

Things are currently peaceful as BLM et al argue with Trump supporters, but police are keeping the fence closed.

Apparently the president is here and on his way to the rally, but numbers fell severely short of what was anticipated, so there won’t be much/any overflow space needed outside.

Small handful of cops and soldiers (and a short cement barricade) attempting to hold back a large crowd of activists from the South entrance.

Earlier standoff on south side of #TulsaRally ended with only one arrest of Trump supporter. Protesters continue circling the building.
As hundreds of anti-Trump activists arrive at west gate of #TrumpTulsaRally, National Guardsman basically just went behind the gate and closed it. Area is currently cop-free.

A Trump supporter in a truck apparently hit someone. I didn’t see that, but I ran toward the scene and there was mace in the air, and he proceeded to swing around a bat as he drove away. He apparently maced the crowd, who also hit his car.

Much earlier: things really escalated when cops charged in and arrested one person just before sundown. I have the tail end of it in my HD cam, but theee photos on my phone are direct aftermath of that.
Things have de-escalated quite a bit where I am, but I noticed at least one more member of the “Oklahoma Contingent Shield” militia still roaming around. I spoke to him about what he sees as his role out here.
4th and South Boulder, basically the epicenter of the action here today, has mostly cleared out.

Around sunset, an arrest began a block behind where I was. It wasn't clear to me what happened, but activists later told me police scooped someone up and pulled him into the building behind them.

Shortly after that was the situation with the truck. As I ran toward the commotion, mace that the driver had deployed was in the air, and he produced a baseball bat which he pointed out the window before he drove away.

One protester confronted some armed men labelled "Cowboys Militia."
"Are you gonna shoot us?" he asked.
"That's not our intent brother," the guy replied.
They talked it out, and the "Cowboy militia" convinced the protester he's protecting him too.
They ended up hugging.

Little incidents like this one were ongoing into the night. One lady was in an argument with some protesters, and she kept mace pointed at them (without shooting it) the entire time.

So I'm moving now to about 2:30pm, and we're going to work our way chronologically from there to tell the rest of the story.
At about 2:30, @RefuseFascism activists showed up and protested.
They were forced off the street by police, but generally persisted and kept marching.

When @RefuseFascism and other protesters marched into the west gate area, police shut the gate completely, closing out Trump supporters trying to get in as well.
After closing the gate, this is when police pushed back protesters, threatening to arrest or utilize their "less lethal" weapons, to make the gate accessible again.
After the east gate standoff ended, protesters marched to the south gate, where National Guardsman formed a line to keep them mostly behind cement barricades, holding the Trump supporters behind them.
One of the Trump supporters was upset about being trapped behind the soldiers.
"I have a right to move about freely! They're violating my constitutional rights, that you're sworn to defend!"
He joined in a chant of "all lives matter" before charging the line a couple times.

The Trump supporter reached across the national guard line and grabbed a protester by the shirt.
A woman (I believe his wife, but didn't confirm) pulled him away, but he pushed forward and punched the man.

After the Trump supporter's arrest, the National Guard got a bit tougher, and the protesters left and went to the west entrance, the only one they hadn't protested at yet.
There was a female Trump supporter at the west entrance. The protesters yelled "Karen! Karen!" at her and ultimately poured a bottle of water on her head, and a second one was thrown at her.
Other activists intervened, and the protesters left.
