Its SO nice out so we decided to take a drive. The port area of Bayonne sounded like fun. It has not disapointed. This is why we got a car.
More scenic photos from sunny Bayonne. 😎
Such a romantic jaunt through Bayonne. 👨❤️👨 Bayonne is for lovers.
Just saw a woman in full hair curlers in the park and another woman in a giant flowing moomoo. Its the full Bayonne experience. #Blessed
A trip to Bayonne isn't complete without visiting Dennis P. Collins the park along the Kill Van Kull, the tidal strait that separates Bayonne from Staten Island!!!
Guess what guys! Hubs and I are going to cross the kill van kull tidal strait from #Bayonne to #StatenIsland. I married a good one. #RoadTrip
Here is us crossing the #Bayonne Bridge on to #StatenIsland. Having a car has given us such freedom to explore. 🤩☺
Just driving along the many parks in the center of Staten Island. What an afternoon! I just saw a man with a big beer belly in a white t shirt tucked into his gym shorts standing on his front stoop scratching his belly. So authentic.
Just saw a woman in a full length leopard print dress with a matching leopard parasol. That woman is my spirt animal. #StatenIsland
Staten Island, we are in you.
We made it to the southeast side of Staten Island and are now at the beach! ⛱ We can even see Coney Island off in the distance. The southwestern part of the NYC metro area deserves some love.
Heading to an Italian deli for heros near the Varizano. Also, I just saw a wild turkey 🦃 and at least 5 chicks! #BayonneStatenIslandAdventure

Sitting under the Varizano eating an Italian hero with my bae. #Blessed
We were going to go to the scene outlook under the bridge but were preempted by a graduation parade. 🙄so we are off to find another one. #BayonneStatenIslandAdventure
Took a wrong turn and ended up on the lower level of the Verrazano. 🤷♂️
Accidental trip to Brooklyn.
Heading back across the Verrazano to Staten Island after accidentally heading to Brooklyn for a second. 😬 oops. Upper level with music blasting. (Sound on!) #BayonneStatenIslandAdventure
We found the rich neighborhood, or at least one of them. Is this really NYC?
In the Port Richmond neighborhood across the kill van kull from where we were in Bayonne earlier. How time flies! #BayonneStatenIslandAdventure
North over the Bayonne Bridge from Staten Island over the kill van kull tidal strait, back on to the Bergan Neck peninsula and through Bayonne and back home to Jersey City. What a day exploring the southwestern reaches of the NYC metro area! #Blessed#BayonneStatenIslandAdventure

Its so weird watching TV and movies where people are living and interacting like things use to be. I miss those times.
Its so hard to watch pre covid TV or movies without thinking, "what are they doing, thats way to close, they are sharing [food, cups, anything], its an indoor event RUN!" Just to be clear that is all TV and movies, I dont think much of anything has been produced in the covid era.
Watching French people kissing hello on a TV show the other night was so triggering. Like, thats not allowed!
Does anyone in HR or hiring actually read cover letters? I have nothing to say relative to my competency. Sure if you are a tech company looking to find a work-culture fit I guess get wanting to know "about me." But law firms, wouldn't you rather just have a legal writing sample?
Why do I have to sneak in backdoor brags, quirky experience, and platitudinal antidotes into an awkward paragraph about how I can make their company better? If an employer is interested aren't they just going to google me?
