It looks like @JonathanTurley is a liar. In an interview @PreetBharara said this:

“I think it is a reasonable conclusion that the decision to get rid of Jeff Berman was not done in good faith.”

This can be seen at about the 4:40 mark here:

2/ @JonathanTurley then took that and decided to make a whole thread attacking @PreetBharara based on Turley cutting off the “reasonable conclusion” and replacing it with his own “now clear”:



I guess we will see if @JonathanTurley has any integrity.
3/ Notice that in his 2nd tweet in his thread Professor Turley relies on his apparent lie in his first tweet to do it again, falsely claiming that @PreetBharara declared “Period” with no room for doubt. Clearly not true:
5/ I sure hope that nobody needs to explain to a professor at George Washington University that “reasonable conclusion” is not equal to either “now clear” or “this was all done in bad faith. Period.”

If they do, how embarrassing for that school.
