(THREAD) Trump Privilege

I was thinking about why Trump's poll numbers have stayed above 35% pretty much no matter what, and one way to look at it is that there is a Trump Privilege.
1/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can be an embarrassment just giving candy to children on Halloween, while Obama can interact and connect with kids, but many will claim that Trump is the normal one who cares about people.
2/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can have much slower job creation than Obama was doing, not achieve the 3% yearly GDP he and Fox pounded Obama for, and blow out the deficit during good times, while whining his economy needs stimulus, and many will claim Trump has a magic wand.

4/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can call for violence and people will say he isn't violent and has done nothing wrong there. We don't really need to wonder how Fox would have reacted if Obama had done one of these:
5/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can salute a North Korean general, show off big letters from a 2-bit dictator as if a U.S. President should consider them a prized possession, and proclaim his love for said dictator, while getting very little in return:

6/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can decide he wants to make some extra money off U.S. taxpayers for the weekend, so head to his own property at the cost of ~$3M to taxpayers, with some going in Trump's pocket, and people will still claim that Trump is just looking out for America.
7/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can have purposely walked in on 15-19 yr-olds dressing repeatedly, and been like this with 1 of those minor child Miss Teen USA winners, and Christians like Karen Pence will still say they like the way he treats girls:
8/ With Trump Privilege, Trump can get his lawyer to threaten his college if they ever release his SAT scores, and he can show he isn't smart enough to figure out what 17*6 is, and large numbers of people will claim he is a genius:

(THREAD) Trump has created 5.3 million jobs in his 31 full months, while Obama created 6.9 million in his last 31 full months. That is a 29% faster pace under Obama.
1/ Trump's job creation rate has been quite a bit behind the pace Obama had left for him for a while, but it turned out that Trump's numbers had been overestimated by 501k jobs, so Trump is even further behind than the jobs numbers were showing.
2/ News that Trump's numbers were overestimated:

"The preliminary estimate of the benchmark revision indicates a downward adjustment to March 2019 total nonfarm employment of -501,000."

"The final benchmark revision will be issued in February 2020."

37/ While the announcement was made that Trump's jobs estimates had been too high, the monthly numbers haven't been updated as of the time I am writing this tweet. Here is the data before the adjustment that comes out to over 40k jobs per month.

#thread 3 years ago I got into a bad car crash while being in a @uber on my way to the airport in Paris. I don’t know what happened exactly as I was asleep when it happened, but the driver ran at full speed into a bus on the highway, 100% his fault.
I woke up covered in blood in a crushed car, looking so bad (this pic is from a few days later, didn’t want to expose the gory hospital pictures) that the emergency doctors decided to block the highway and get me to the hospital via helicopter not to lose a minute.
Luckily I got out of it with just a few scars, the surgeon at the hospital did an amazing job. No brain concussion, eye was miraculously not permanently damaged.

I see many 13-14 year old boys and girls brought to clinic with a bunch of reports of hormonal levels.

In a free market like india it is possible to walk into a lab and have as many tests as you can pay for without any prescription from dr.
Parents (sometimes their family doctors) get these tests done in a quest to find explanation for these adolescents "changed" behavior.
These behaviours are -
1. Staying up late and struggle to get up in the morning.
2. Irritable mood
3. Desire to stay away from immediate and extended family
4. More connect with friends
5. Food dada
6. Laziness like their body is suddenly filled with lead.(they become Helium with phonecall from a friend)
7. General shabbiness of room and hygiene

Caster Semenya is a record-making South African runner. She was thrown into the spotlight for having higher than average natural testosterone levels, and traits that some critiqued as being not 'feminine' enough, as if there is one way to look like and be a woman.
Caster has never used the word 'intersex' to describe herself, and her medical information was leaked because of the scale of her case. We want to acknowledge Caster's violated privacy, while we express outrage over the discrimination her case represents.
