Don't get alarm over Germany's meat plant outbreak (or S Korea's bars/Beijing's mkt cluster). Ppl being tested & isolated promptly is their Monitoring working!
Key is to have #TestTraceIsolate state capacity instead of 100s of undetected clusters daily ⬇️
US *can* reopen safely of course. One workplace that never shut down yet stayed fairly safe? Hospitals.

Infections may increase in coming weeks. But attributing them not easy
(1) mobility has been increasing.
(2) crowds of (masked) ppl in cities
(3) protestors have been crammed together in jails, by police kettling & vehicles

Pestilence: Locust swarms in East Africa that UN FAO forecasts becomes 400 times larger after extreme flooding past few months. They are migrating on winds & will spread further in South Asia threatening food security in both. 3/
