A protester got pushed to the ground by D.C. Police after putting his hands on an officer, according to an eyewitness. The protester got in the officer’s face and ranted at him.

Some in the crowd started a fire in the street and wanted others to make it bigger. Other people said it was a bad idea and put it out. The people who wanted to keep the fire going got upset.
Another fire was started in the street. They told someone with a camera to put it down to stop filming.
A scuffle between D.C. protesters broke out just outside the new “zone.”
Here at D.C.’s Blacks Matter Plaza and an older gentleman passed out, presumably from the heat, and the crowd blamed the cops for pushing them away from their first aid stations by Lafayette Park.
A speaker at the protest against the Emancipation statue of Lincoln in DC said it represents how black people are inferior to white people. He added they aren’t going to wait for the police to give them their liberation.
Back at Black Lives Matter Plaza where protesters have linked arms in front of the DC police line.
I got recognized by one of the protesters I filmed yesterday. She was upset because I filmed her with her mask off and said I was endangering her life.

Another scuffle broke out among protesters in Black Lives Matter Plaza. Some were trying to deescalate the situation.

More video of agitators taunting DC police and putting flashlights in their faces. When one officer moved his head, more lights were shown in his face. An officer with sunglasses then replaced him on the line.

The crowd in Black Lives Matter Plaza hoisted up an American flag and burned it.
One person found (had?) small American flags and created a burn pile.
Someone was pushed out of the area by the crowd because they said he told them he was with the cops.
The crowd is celebrating as DC police leave the perimeter since the work crews are done putting up fencing around Lafayette Park.
