My interest in Indian cuisine brought me very close to all condiments. Now each had a reason to be added to food. So the second list where the benefits accrue only if you make the dish.
Next was researching the best ......
Then came super foods, super seeds and benefits.
Each.....
I had different ideas. I simply started.....
I added to these the ‘super seeds’ and ‘super foods’.
Googled very laboriously the .....
Trouble was what to do with the data? Then I understood old Indian system of two meals a day with each meal supposedly.....
Very minuscule quantities of different condiments, foods etc. entered healthy bodies everyday. The immune system was being strengthened daily.
That’s when I realised....
The list of over 100 items was split into dry and wet items.
What remained was about 15-20 items that have massive benefits and ....
What do I do with these 15-20 items? These has absolutely mind boggling properties but how do I consume these daily?
All remedies are used AFTER you fall sick. Nothing to prevent. I simply thought .....
I took most items in same quantity, some roasted, and made fine powder.
I realised after about six months that my yearly cough, which I remember since my class III had skipped that yr.
Now I started taking two tablespoons mixed in water before sleeping. The effect was tremendous.
Third year saw me adding calcium tablets churned in powder since I am 60 yrs. 3rd year passed. Come hell or high water I did not miss it.
Qtys consumed are equal to what our daily food intake will permit.
Avoid excessive SUGAR, carbohydrates & oil etc. Do not shun any food, just take moderate quantities. Did you know turmeric takes very long to be digested and black pepper speeds it up? Hence the combination.

Ginger Powder-Online/local shop
Wheat Grass -Online/Local ship
Ashwagandha -Online/local shop
Mulethi Powder-Online/local shop
Calcium Tabs-Local pharmacy
Hemp seeds (never got it)
Each of above is roasted if required and churned into fine powder. I generally take 100 GMs of each except nutmeg which I taks 5 pieces.
I keep some powder in a bottle to last 7-10 days, rest it kar with tight lid.
I take two table spoons before sleeping and a glass or two of water.
Three years and not even common cold. WHY will any one not believe it? Ayurveda is not instant.
It took me three years before I thought it was giodenough to share. Whether one benefits or not what is certain is there is no loss. Lot of friends ask if I could make for them. Answer is NO. If you aren’t bothered about your health, why should I be? BYE.
