Before we dive in, what is a marketing plan?

It is a report that outlines actions to take that will ensure:

- People know about your business
- People understand how it can help them
- People buy your offers

But how do you create a plan that actually works?
Step1: Write down the purpose the marketing is to achieve

Step2: Write down how you’ll achieve this goal

Step3: Identify people who are more likely to buy your product

Step 4: Write down tools to use to identify people you want & what to tell them, to help them make a decision
Step 5: Write down the niche you’re playing in & gather all knowledge you can on it, including what the competition is doing.

Step 6: Write down how you want people to perceive you & your offers.

Step 7: Write down how much your want to spend & how you’re going to spend it.
And there you have it.

Planning looks like a lot work but chances are if you plan it out, you’re more likely to succeed
