Apparently, the appeals judge's think the way Flynn was mistreated is considered to be 'regular' actions of prosecutors.... 
So this is a stamp of approval for the actions of Van Grack & the other SCO prosecutors and they likely escape justice for what they did in this case...
So if the court can't review why DOJ dropped the charges against Flynn, it also does not have the authority to investigate why DOJ charged him in the first place.
Had the judge ruled on the motion to dismiss earlier, we may never have received this document from Peter Strzok which was only submitted to the court yesterday. Now we will get no further discovery from this case.
