With the writ of mandamus ruling, the DOJ will likely produce no more Brady evidence to the Flynn defense team so that it can be exposed to the court & the public.

Had Sullivan already ruled on the motion to dismiss, then we would not have this evidence.
Evidence that the set up of Flynn went all the way to President Obama & Vice President Obama. It appears to describe the 1/5/17 'by the book' meeting!

Jensen says the notes are likely from between 1/3/17 & 1/5/17. Sidney Powell says they are from the 4th, which is before the meeting that supposedly took place on the 5th. Was Rice's email placing it on the 5th false?
Did the meeting not take place on the 5th?

Comey again provides exculpatory evidence that helps Flynn stating that the calls with Kislyak "appear legit".
But Vice President Biden counters with the Logan Act issue.
So who fed Biden the idea of the Logan Act investigation?

Clearly Biden didn't come up with that on his own. Legal scholar he is not...

We know the FBI was talking Logan Act on 1/4/17 because that is the day that Strzok kept open the Flynn case using Logan Act as his excuse. So how would Biden know that?

I see 2 main theories on the date.
1. The meeting was earlier than the 5th & everyone lied about the date.
2. Strzok tried using the WH meeting as his alibi for his actions on 1/4/17 to keep the Flynn case open. But he picked a meeting after his actions.

I think #2 is most likely, that when caught for his actions to keep the case open, he tried to justify that he did it on Comey's orders. Orders that supposedly came out of the 1/5/17 meeting.
But because he was lying, the evidence did not line up with his alibi.

Then when caught in the lie, he had to give up the notes to prove his story was correct. As I often talk about OIG & Congress investigations got everyone on the record telling the false cover story. Anyone caught lying, then has to produce hard evidence.

Did Strzok hand over these notes to justify that his actions on 1/3/17 & 1/4/17 were taken on the orders of the 7th Floor?
Not knowing that the meeting was held on 1/5/17 when he testified...
