The five-day rolling average of new cases in B.C. is still within the 6-15 range that we've seen for the last six weeks.
But there's a small but clear trending up since the end of May.

There's lots of evidence — from daily data, to provincial modelling, to the tone of language at press conferences — that B.C. is at the limit for increasing contacts if community transmission stays low enough to keep "the new normal" we've had since mid-May.
