Shyam Saran was FS between 2004-2006. During this period Pakistani terrorists was murdering Indians across the country. Yet, Mr. Saran argues it was good time to truts Pakistan and hand over Siachen. Apparently Dr. Manmohan Singh also agreed (before Army torpedoed the plan). 3/3
