Again in 2018, Raghubar Das the then CM of Jharkhand met with Huang Kunming, the member of the Polit Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.

Later in 2019, Huang Kunming met BJP Cadre Study Group headed by Arun Singh BJP National General Secretary.

The next day they also met with Guo Yezhou, the Vice-Minister.

@JPNadda, why was BJP cadre study learning from China? Communism? Or Autocracy?

BJP top leadership was in constant touch with the Communist Party even when they were in opposition.

In 2011, Nitin Gadkari, the then BJP President led a delegation at the invitation of Chinese Communist Party to Beijing.
